The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of popular nightlife spots and shopping areas. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the self check-in system is efficient. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds.
The walls are thin and the sound insulation could be improved as you can hear noises from the hall and other rooms. , the blinds don't block out much light which may disturb your sleep.

The hotel's location is fantastic! It's close to two big markets, a convenient night market, and it's easy to get to the main areas of the city. the self check-in system is also handy. the bed was big and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
the balcony was not as spacious as we expected, and it was a bit dirty.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly throughout our visit. The room was spacious, clean, and well-designed. Additionally, the location was perfect for exploring the city, as some of its prominent markets were just a few minutes' walk away.

Our recent stay at Dream 12 was overall great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and nicely renovated. The shower and king size bed were excellent. The hotel's location is also convenient, with Yizhong night market and Second Market just a 10-minute walk away.
There were a couple of minor drawbacks during our stay. there was no balcony photo provided, and when we arrived, we found that the balcony was smaller and slightly dirty.
